“I am crucified with Christ…” Galatians 2:20
False prophets in every generation do not understand that the primary teaching of Jesus was the condemnation of fallen humanity and the exaltation of the Father who sent the Christ to rescue man from God’s wrath.
World religions are busy propagating the idea that man is good enough to make up for his own sins, merit favor with God, earn his place in the sun, and live a “good” life. It is all about emotional comfort, temporary happiness, and mind games.
To those beset by false brethren, the Apostle Paul gave his own personal testimony, though a religious zealot like few others, he stated in no uncertain terms that the good of his life was not inherent but bestowed through the life of another.
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Ga. 2:20
